
Langdon Area/Munich remained atop the 11A football rankings while New Rockford-Sheyenne/Maddock remained number one in 9-man in the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters & Sportswriters Association polls, released Wednesday.
Langdon Area/Munich was the unanimous choice for the top of 11A among the 17 voters. Ellendale/Edgeley/Kulm, which had been second in each of the last two polls, fell three spots after a loss to Hillsboro-Central Valley.
New Rockford-Sheyenne/Maddock was the top choice of 14 of the 17 voters. The Rockets’ 48-8 win over North Border was their 16th consecutive win by at least 30 points. LaMoure-Litchville/Marion remained second and received the other three first-place choices.
